The Mediator: Determining a Fair Raise for Workers?

In this simulation, students assume the role of a mediator helping to determine what is a fair raise for a group of workers. They investigate different ways to calculate averages and how people from varying perspectives (management, union, etc) might choose one method over another to arrive at a desired outcome that justifies their perspective.
